Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or website. By engaging BayLock Pros for any service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services
BayLock Pros provides mobile locksmith services including, but not limited to, home lockouts, car lockouts, lock changes, key cutting, key fob programming, and mailbox key replacement. All services are performed on-site at the client’s location.
2. Service Area
BayLock Pros operates primarily in Oakland, California and surrounding areas in the greater Bay Area. Service availability may vary depending on location and current demand.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted before work begins. Final pricing is based on the complexity of the job, hardware costs, and service type. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee.
5. Authorization
By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the authorized owner or tenant of the property or vehicle in question, or that you have explicit permission from the owner to request locksmith services. BayLock Pros reserves the right to request proof of ownership or residency prior to performing any service.
6. Limitation of Liability
BayLock Pros performs all services with professional care and industry-standard tools. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or any property that is discovered during or after service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Third-Party Platforms
BayLock Pros maintains profiles on third-party platforms including Yelp, Nextdoor, and Thumbtack. Reviews and ratings on these platforms are subject to those platforms’ own policies. BayLock Pros is not responsible for the content policies or data practices of third-party sites.
8. Changes to These Terms
